Managing engineering standards in Scorecards was complex, with rule logic often hidden in external systems. I redesigned the rule creation and management experience to make evaluation logic more transparent, easier to test, and simpler to maintain, all within Datadog.

I helped build Campaigns, a new Datadog product designed to coordinate time-bound engineering initiatives across teams. By bringing ownership, progress tracking, and actionable guidance into one place, I made it easier to align teams and drive initiatives toward completion.

I developed the visual identity for Datadog’s annual DASH conference in 2018 and evolved it each year while maintaining its core identity. For DASH 2021, we introduced 3D graphics to give the conference a fresh visual direction.
