Logo download modal
Design: Eunmo Kang
Web Coding: Won Choi
Problem
To download an image from a web page, it is a common process to select ‘Save Image As’ on a context menu prompted by a right click.
However, when people downloaded the Datadog logo image on the navigation bar with that process, they were only able to get the low-resolution logo images.
Furthermore, the symbol and the logotype were separated for the responsive web enviroment.

Solution
The best way for them to get the right logo files is visiting the Datadog press page. So I proposed to make a custom modal that pops up when the Datadog logo on the navigation bar is right-clicked. It leads users to the media assets page where they can download the appropriate logo files instead of the low-resolution logo images.
